Our Polinsys OverSeas Career Specialist review starts with the company’s basic information. The Polinsys has over 20 offices located in:

  • Toronto
  • Halifax
  • Bangalore
  • Kochi
  • Calicut
  • Mississauga
  • Dubai
  • Chennai
  • Kottayam
  • Vancouver
  • Delhi

  • Pala
  • Hamilton
  • Mumbai
  • Kolkata
  • Trivandrum
  • Montreal
  • Pune
  • Chandigarh
  • Thrissur

We did not discover when the company was founded, but we did find that their Twitter account has been active since 2009.

The company states that they help with migration to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The business focuses on student immigration, work visas and permanent resident applications.

Their website is easy to navigate. Many of the articles on their site have very detailed information about certain immigration programs. This is impressive as most sites do not normally give so much useful information.

The company offers free online evaluation services, which we found to be a nice touch.

However, we are disappointed by the lack of a Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy on their site. Whether these missing documents are elsewhere on the site and can only be received if you become a client, we do not know.

Next, our Polinsys OverSeas Career Specialist review looks at what services the company offers.

Their main services appear to be:

  • Express Entry applications;
  • Applications for permanent residence;
  • Quebec Skilled Worker Applications;
  • Resettlement services;
  • NCLEX RN coaching for nurses; and
  • IELTS coaching

The company employs five authorized representatives.

  • Joy Stephen RCIC number 419719;
  • Rhonda Williams RCIC number 421383;
  • Carolyn Mahon RCIC number 415015;
  • Sylvie Bertrand RCIC number 407799; and
  • David Mason who handles New Zealand and Australian applications

We are happy to say that all of the RCICs (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants) are registered by the ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council).

Social Media Reviews

Our Polinsys OverSeas Career Specialist review looks at the company social media presence, from Facebook, Google Plus, Instagram and Twitter.

Polinsys facebook review

The company has a very small following of 1,653 on Facebook. The Facebook page is from the Mississauga office. It seems there are no pages from their other offices, which we thought was strange.

On the bright side, they do post regularly, although most of their information appears to be testimonials and information about their immigration seminars.

It was disappointing that they rarely posted any new immigration news, besides the occasional Express Entry post.

We were happy to see that they have enabled their review button. Unfortunately, we only found 3 people who actually wrote reviews. Strangely, all the customer testimonials posted on the Facebook page were not included on the actual review page.

We also noticed that their response rate on messenger is very slow, with the company taking up to a day to reply to users.

Polinsys twiiter review

Polinsys has fewer than 800 followers on their account that was created in 2009. Like their Facebook account, they mainly post about seminars, customer testimonials and the occasional Express Entry draw results.

Google Plus

This account has a very small following of 34. This platform does post somewhat regularly, but the content is the same as their Facebook and Twitter.

The company’s Youtube account has a more substantial following of 1,821. Unlike their other social media, their videos have a lot more information about actual immigration information.  Although, some of the videos must be updated, like their Express Entry video published in Feb 2018.

Their customer service is also a bit unbalanced on this platform. Sometimes they answer questions from their customers and sometimes they do not.

Their Instagram account has a very small fan base of 110. The same content from their Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus accounts are also posted here. We did not find any real or relevant information on this account that had not already been mentioned elsewhere.

The account last posted in Feb 2017, so most of the content is no longer relevant.

To wrap up our Polinsys OverSeas Career Specialist review, we are happy about some of the main content on their website. We liked that their authorized representatives were registered professionals.

We are worried that the site does not have a Refund, Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions, which are designed to help clients and protect the business.

We are also let down by the social media accounts of the company. Most of their posts are either testimonials or concerned about seminars. Very few of their posts are about immigration news.

We are also slightly concerned that the company only has 4 RCICs to help with clients, considering that Polinsys has 21 different companies worldwide. This could impact on the customers’ processing times and could lead to major delays.

  1. Regi Thomas says:

    One of the Worst experiences received from Polinsys. They have cheated me to the core. Rights from the starting they have made only false promises and once their goal of money is achieved, they never bothered to call or email on the status of the application. I have applied for an immigration program and its been 2 and half years and no response from them till date. I have lost more than a Lakh rupees. I will never recommend polinsys to anyone. Im sure they would cheated a lot of poorer people aspiring to move.

  2. George says:

    They are very bad

    Have a look on the link. https://www.consumercomplaints.in/polinsys-overseas-immigration-consultants-refund-and-return-personal-documents-c1015225,

    Even I have very bad experience from them, they will only upload your documents and ask money. They will not give any tips to boost your points.

    They will tell number of lies to get the contract signed. Beware of them.
