A One Stop Immigration Spot
One Immigration Consulting was founded by Olga Picalau who is also an immigrant from the Republic of Moldova. It is because of this that she understands the multicultural issues that new immigrants to Canada will face when they arrive. Olga is fluent in English, Romanian, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese. She has Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting and she is a British Columbia Commissioner of Oaths.
Olga Picalau is also a registered and recognised RCIC agent, her RCIC number is not on the website so we had to find it on the ICCRC website, it is R509776.
Renato Feldman is the CEO of One Immigration Consulting and he works with both public and private organisations to help bring qualified workers to Canada. Renato also represents foreign entrepreneurs wishing to invest in Canada.
On the website it claims that Renato is an RCIC agent but when we searched under the name provided on the website we came up empty handed. We found an RCIC number for Renato Denijke Feldman Diogenes, R511839.

One Immigration Consulting has provided you with a list of areas that they practice in and the list extensive. Here are a few examples:
- Work Permits
- Study Permits
- Family Class Applications
- Detention Reviews
- Refugee and Protected Person Applications
One Immigration Consulting covers just about every option you could think of.
Something that did worry us is that the website was only created in February of this year, which means that this company is not even a year old yet. But it does not mean that Olga and Renato are not qualified and unable to help you. It may also be the reason for not having any client testimonials yet.
There is a Blog for One Immigration Consulting and there are three articles for you to read through. However the last article that was posted is from the 28th of May 2015 so it is clear that One Immigration Consulting has not kept up-to-date with their blog which is disappointing.
There are social media links from the website for Facebook and LinkedIn. The Facebook was created in 2013 and has an impressive following of over 9000 likes. The posts to the account are regular and relevant to Canada and Canadian immigration. One Immigration Consulting also replies to comments that they receive on their page.
The link for the LinkedIn account doesn’t work, it opens up another window for the One Immigration Consulting website. We searched online for a LinkedIn account and we found one but it is bare and has not been maintained well.
One Immigration Consulting has a very professional looking website that is easy to use but there could be some improvements made. The lack of important online documents is worrying but it does not mean that this is an illegitimate Canadian immigration company.
