About O.V Canada Immigration
Trying to figure out if an immigration company is legitimate or not is tough, however, everyone should stay clear of ghost websites like OV Canada.
According to the OV Canada website, the company is said to be the world leader in providing Canadian visas as well as immigration advice to millions of people from all over the world. However, upon further research, we found that OV Canada is a ghost website and cannot be trusted.
Although OV Canada has a website identity, it is unfortunately not the website identity any company would want to be affiliated with. OV Canada’s company identity is the same as the USAGC Organization which offers Green Card Lottery services to the US – when the US Government offers these services for free.
Legitimate consultants or lawyers:
Is it a lawyer or consultant that will be handling your immigration? OV Canada like its sister site does not specify if they have legitimate lawyers or consultants recognised by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
In fact, the only thing that the company attempted to make look legitimate is its Refund Policy Page. However, upon close inspection, we found that the company is the only one that will profit – as most companies do. The fees and Refund Page is straight forward, but a client loses their money when there is a cancellation or a visa not being approved.
Content and Social Media:
There are only five testimonials posted on the OV Canada website, all from 2013. Aside from this, OV Canada does not have any customers reviewing their services. And apart from the website, there is no other content or information about the company. There is no social media or blogs operated by the company and no engagement with potential or present clients.
OV Canada’s sister site is no better – the USAGC Organization has managed to make thousands of dollars through scamming people. According to some reviews by former clients, USAGC telemarketers are known to include additional items such as books and cd’s into your credit card charges – and were unaware of this until the bill came. Some people have also received materials they neither ordered nor had any use for.
Yeke Limited’s OV Canada is what we call a ghost website and even though it was registered in 2009, it should be more active.
