The bare minimum. This is a phrase you would never want to associate with a company that you put your trust into, especially when the company in question holds your immigration in their hands. Our first impression of Illimite Migration, a UAE based immigration consultancy, was their clean, well-designed website. We did not realize that clean was synonymous with the words empty, lack and bare. Our Illimite Migration review delves as deep as you can into this superficial immigration company.
Illimite Migration is an immigration consultancy referring to themselves as a “solutions firm”. They provide these services to many countries, however, they specialize in Canadian and Australian immigration. Seeing as we review companies that provide Canadian immigration services, we will focus on this side of the company.
Here is a list of all the other countries they also provide immigration services for:
- New Zealand;
- Russia; and
- Saudi Arabia
In terms of Canadian immigration services, Illimite Migration only provides assistance with:
- Family Sponsorship;
- Express Entry;
- Study Permit;
- Visitors Visa; and
- Something they call “Residency by Investment”
We were disappointed by the short list of services seeing as they state they specialize in Canadian immigration. The service titled, Residency by Investment, we found particularly interesting, because Canada closed their investor program a long time ago. When we clicked on this unique category, we were directed to a page about New Brunswick’s Entrepreneur Provincial Nomination Program. We can’t seem to figure out why they isolated this PNP under that title, it makes their site seem disorganized.
Illimite Migration claim to be registered with the ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council), but there is no mention of who their RCICs (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants) are. We checked the ICCRC’s registry and there is no one listed under the company’s name. This was particularly odd because the company has an entire section on their website dedicated to the importance of working with an RCIC i.e. to protect against immigration fraud. Illimite Migration needs to be open and clear about who their RCICs are – if they even exist.
Our Illimite Migration review isn’t just about the bad, we also praise companies when they impress. Unfortunately, in this case, the company leaves much to be desired. We did, however, like that they offer free assessments to see if you qualify for Canadian immigration.
As mentioned in the introduction, Illimite Migration has a very clean almost clinical website. We were faced with a lot of white space and not much grabs your attention on their site. This is actually a welcome departure from other immigration websites that sometimes assault you with their intense visual representation. Unfortunately, there is also very little of use to be found on their website despite the clean design.
Their sections about various immigration programs are very empty. Here they barely scratch the surface of the complexities of Canadian immigration. It is so undetailed, they do not even include all the provinces and territories that have PNPs in their PNP list. Some of these pages are even just two paragraphs long!
The company has a news section, but they haven’t posted since July 2018. We were really shocked by this content, because one of the articles is completely copied from the official CIC’s newsletter. That is theft of intellectual property, Illimite Migration should be very careful of continuing this kind of behaviour as it can lead to some serious legal issues. Their Articles section isn’t much better, here they have only posted three articles in the entirety of their existence.
Social Media and Testimonials
Much like their website, Illimite Migration really underuses their social media. They have accounts on various social media platforms, including, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube, but they are mostly not used. If you click on their Youtube link it just redirects to their homepage.
On Facebook they only have 5,303 likes and the last time they posted was on the 29th of July 2018 and before that, they only posted in February of the same year. It makes you wonder why they bother with all these accounts when they don’t even use them.
On their website they have a page dedicated to testimonials. These are some really suspicious entries because apart from one being written in November 2017, all the rest were posted on the same date in July 2016. Some of the testimonials are even close to being identical. We do not believe these are real so take them lightly.
In Conclusion to Our Illimite Migration Review
We were not impressed by Illimite Migration. Despite the clean design of their website, there is little of value on it. We enjoyed that they offer free assessments, but what is the point of that when they don’t even mention all the Canadian immigration programs on their site? How can they properly evaluate your ability to immigrate when they are not familiar with the entirety of the Canadian immigration system?
There is also some seriously worrying aspects of this company, like the fact that they do not mention who their RCICs are and that they plagiarize content from other websites. All-in-all, Illimite Migration seems outdated and they probably aren’t the best company to use for your Canadian immigration.
