The Website

The website for e-Visa is professional looking and the information provided is helpful and informative. We noted that the website lacks important online documents such as a privacy policy, refund policy or a terms and conditions statement. These documents are necessary for potential immigrants to understand how the company operates.

Regarding information on the various Canadian immigration visas that e-Visa offers, the information is comprehensive and convenient to access on their services page. You can also do a free online assessment for a number of Canadian visa applications such as:

  • Federal Skilled Worker
  • Federal Skilled Trade Worker
  • Provincial Nominee
  • Super Visa
  • Business and Investor Class
  • Family Sponsorship

On the website e-Visa claims that they hold monthly Webinars that you are able to watch online. There are also seminars that are held in different parts of the world where you can learn about life in Canada and what you need to do in order to immigrate to Canada, as well as Skype access. However, you are unable to register for any of these services.

The e-Visa website was updated in 2015 so we can see that they are constantly striving toward improvement.

Social Media

There are social media links from the website to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google + and Skype. The posts to the social media accounts are in English and Portuguese. e-Visa also had their physical location verified on Google.

Their LinkedIn account has their basic business information and the Google+ page’s posts are similar to those on their Facebook page.

Their Facebook page was created in 2015 and it has over 3000 likes. The posts to their Facebook page are regular and they have an active community. We also noted that e-Visas have a stellar reviews on their Facebook, with over 30 positive 5 star ratings.

Our Conclusion

Whilst e-Visa Immigration Services looks to be a legitimate company, we would have liked to see their terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy policy on their website for potential immigrants to view so that they know how the company operates. Nevertheless, Marilene Quintana has received many positive responses online which shows us that she is capable.

  1. rosemarie elliott says:

I applied to this company for an eTA for a visit to Canada. I expected to pay the standard £7 dollars for this, instead I was charged € 99. I complained and was told that there was no returns policy. I thought I was on an official site. They should be made to tell people clearly that their charges are astronomical and be made to display this. I am livid and feel that I’ve been totally ripped off while they coin in money
