Is CIS an Expert in the Immigration Field?
Canadian Immigration Services is an immigration agency that is equipped to help you with all your visa and immigration needs. Canadian Immigration Services (CIS) provides you with a lot of information about the various visa applications and services that they provide.
The website for Canadian Immigration Services even provides with information about a Super Visa, a visa that we have never seen on another immigration website before.
The website and our concerns
The website for Canadian Immigration Services is easy to use, provides you with relevant and helpful information and is pleasant to look at. However, throughout the website their immigration consultants are not mentioned. Who are they? What are their names? What are their RCIC numbers? When we were going through the website, we clicked on the ICCRC logo and we were directed to the RCIC agent search. Here we found a name, Assad Bajwa, RCIC number is R509021. Nowhere else on the website is a name for anyone else mentioned. Do you also think that this is a bit odd?
The website for Canadian Immigration Services also provides you with a free online assessment that you can take. Canadian Immigration Services also makes you a promise to provide you with a result within 48 hours. There is an address provided for the office in Toronto which is a good sign. There is also a Google Maps map providing you with a more detailed layout of where the office is.
All the links for every social media platform are provided at the bottom of each page on the Canadian Immigration Services website. The Facebook page only has 622 likes and it was only created in 2013. The posts on the page are not regular but most of the posts are relevant to Canadian immigration and Canadian Immigration Services. The Twitter page has 789 followers and much like the Facebook page, the Tweets are not regular but fairly relevant to Canadian immigration.
The LinkedIn page for Canadian Immigration Services has 11 connections and the page doesn’t contain much information. Something that we found quite strange is that listed under the skills section, a great deal of the skills listed were related to law and immigration law. Nothing about immigration law is mentioned on the website for CIS. Who is the lawyer?
The Google + page had quite a few little videos to watch which all had to do with immigration and the different visa applications. The YouTube page for Canadian Immigration Services had the same videos that were on the Google + page. There is also an Instagram page that has 43 followers and only 3 posts.
We are unsure about the legitimacy of Canadian Immigration Services as not once on the website is a name of an RCIC agent or founder mentioned. We have found with other reviews that we have done at Canadian Visa Review that this often means that it is a possible scam.
There are social media pages and the main ones each have a small following but the pages are not monitored well, nor are the postings regular. There are a few testimonials that are provided throughout the website on various pages.
The testimonials rarely mention Canadian Immigration Services anywhere. We would advise you to proceed with caution because although Canadian Immigration Services has a lot of information about immigration and the different visas, there is no mention about who their consultants are who you will talk to.
