Can-Quest Management Consultants was started in 1993 and the Managing Director is Alastair D’Souza who is also an RCIC agent, his RCIC number is R410063. Alastair is a Commissioner of Oaths for Canada and he is also recognised by the Government of Australia. Alastair D’Souza has 22 years of experience in the immigration business. It says on the website that Mr. D’Souza graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and that he is also a Graduate of Immigration Practitioners Program with Honours in 2004.alistair d'souza

Can-Quest Management Consultants offer immigration services to a number of countries; Canada, Australia Bulgaria, USA, Antigua and Barbuda, Cypress, Dominica, Hungary, Malaysia, Portugal, St Kitts & Nevis and the UK. We know that Alistair D’Souza is registered with the ICCRC and he also claims to be registered with the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP), but withheld his membership number to protect himself against possible identity fraud.

The website

The website for Can-Quest Management Consultants is easy to use and the information provided on it is clear. As you open it has a a pop-up where you have the option to sign up to a newsletter.

As previously mentioned, the website clearly states that Alastair D’Souza is a registered RCIC agent but finding his number was not so easy. The website does however display the necessary seals for each of their affiliations with the ICCRC as well as the DIBP and CAPIC – The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants . The blog section of the the website is also quite informative and helpful as it provides articles about the countries that you can immigrate to and news inserts relating to immigration.

In general, the website is quite impressive, offering services to multiple countries and also having the necessary regulatory bodies on board to provide those services to each. Previously, we experienced issues with the website having annoying pop-ups but it has since been improved. We did however note that Can-Quest lacks a terms and conditions, privacy policy and there is no mention of a refund policy either.

Social Media

The social media presence for Can-Quest Management Consultants is poor and there is no upkeep of the social media pages. There are links to the social media pages for Can-Quest Management Consultants’ website but the accounts do not receive enough attention. The Facebook page has over 1K likes and was created in 2011.  The Twitter page has 53 followers and is poorly updated with the last post being on the 23rd of March 2014.

The website for Can-Quest Management Consultants is professional looking but lacks some important documents like a terms and conditions, privacy policy and a refund policy which raises a few red flags as we cannot tell how exactly their services are set out for the client. also has  no client testimonials on the website or online, so we have no way of telling what the status of their service delivery is either. We do however appreciate that Can-Quest Management Consultants are registered by the necessary regulatory bodies and that Mr Alastair has a long-standing experience in the industry.

  1. Frank N says:

The consultants have contacted me and have resolved my issue , satisfied with the response from Can quest

  2. Frank N says:

Poor service and follow up by staff and management , just fleecing poor aspiring immigrants by showing rosy pictures at the initial interview and not giving a clear view of documents required and current points status , but after collecting advances and once documents signed and no refund policy. THE PANDORA BOX OPENS !!!!!!!!!!.
Then the documents required comes up which the poor candidate does not have, the actual points accumulated comes up which the candidate is suprised as that was not what he was informed , by than its too late , thousands of dollars spent , the candidate has to decide should he back off or no. when asked the staff need to contact the MD they only assure yes he wil call but never happens .
poor filipinos must be trained to do their jobs and show rosy pictures and collect advance
